Esther is the mastermind and heart of Alta Ruta. Founder, organizer and problem solver, and when she's not planning the next adventure, you'll find her as a shelter keeper in Bujaruelo. If something needs a solution, Esther is the one who makes it happen.

José Luisco-founder, is the one who makes sure you are up to date with all the news. He writes those newsletters that inspire you to dream about the next trip and, like Esther, he is also a warden at Bujaruelo. If you've ever wondered how you heard about us, it's probably thanks to him.

Finally, behind the screen is our coordination team: Judith, Patricia and Adriana. They are the ones who make everything flow, coordinating, booking, canceling and supervising so that every detail is under control. In addition, they are the ones who accompany you every step of the way from behind the monitors, using the safety device Garmin InReach to follow your route and make sure you have the support you need at all times. If you ever had a doubt or a last minute change, it was surely one of them who helped you with a quick and friendly response.
