More than 30 days before the start of the tour: refund of the amount paid for the reservation, except for €90/person for administrative and management fees.

Cancellations between 30 days and 10 days before the start of the tour: refund of 50% of the amount paid for the reservation.  The corresponding amount will be refunded within 14 days of the cancellation being processed. 

Cancellations made more than 10 days before the start of the tour. No refund of the amount paid for the reservation.

The start of the route is considered to be the "Briefing time or explanatory talk" stipulated in each of the routes.
