FORMALIZATION AND PAYMENT OF THE RESERVATION

If you fill out the availability form or email us to request information about a route, we will send you a quote with all the information about the route and a link to a form that the person making the reservation must fill out with all the requested information and details about the route.

The maximum payment period is 10 days from receipt of the official quote, as the shelters will be reserved in your name and you will have been sent an official quote with the payment method. If payment is not made within this period, the reservation will be canceled and the places reserved in the shelters will be lost. We remind you that the different payment methods will be specified in the quote sent to you. If you wish to request payment in installments, please contact us by email.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION AND DOCUMENTATION

‍Once payment is made in full, we will confirm the reservation by sending the complete documentation, which will include:

· Confirmation of your reservation.
· The route tracks.

‍DATE CHANGE

A fee of €25 per reservation will be charged for changing the date of a reservation.
