Instructions for use: The operation is very simple. The beneficiary may choose the route he/she prefers and must indicate the code that appears on his/her card during the reservation process. The value of the card will be discounted in full from the final price of the requested route.

Flexibility due to force majeure: If the beneficiary is unable to enjoy his/her gift due to justified force majeure (such as serious illness or accident), he/she may request to postpone the validity of the voucher before the date of the route or save it for the following year if he/she has insurance.
