To protect your reservation in case of unforeseen circumstances before your trip, we offer our Early Cancellation Insurance. With this insurance, you can recover the cost of your reservation if you need to cancel for any of the specific reasons listed, up until the start of the explanatory talk.

Latest booking date: At the time of booking the route (upon payment) 

Coverage: 100% refund of the amount paid for the Alta Ruta reservation (except for the cost of this insurance) until the time of the briefing. The reason for cancellation must be one of the following and must be justified with the requested documentation. Other causes are excluded. The refund will be made within 14 days of the delivery of the documentation.

Reasons for Early Cancellation:

Illness or injury of the contracting party: That prevents the trip (official medical document required).
Illness or death of family member up to 2nd degree: (Medical document or death certificate and family book required).
Change of working vacation: That prevents the route (contract and proof of the company required).
Accident or breakdown of the vehicle on the day of arrival: That prevents the trip (tow truck receipt or proof of the insurance company required).

Price of insurance: 50 €/person.
